Serenity

This piece is a vibrant bouquet of white lilies, some fully bloomed with striking red and green stamens, others still in bud, all arranged gracefully in a simple, elegant white vase. The composition is bathed in natural light, suggested by the interplay of light and shadow, with distinct parallel shadows cast across the background and partially illuminating the vase and the blue drapery beneath. The rich blue fabric, gathered at the base of the vase, adds a splash of contrasting color and textural interest to the serene whites and greens of the flowers.
